حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ

أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ صَلَّى الْمَغْرِبَ وَالْعِشَاءَ بِجَمْعٍ بِإِقَامَةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ، فَقَالَ لَهُ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مَالِكٍ: يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، مَا هَذِهِ الصَّلَاةُ ؟ فَقَالَ: صَلَّيْتُهَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي هَذَا الْمَكَانِ بِإِقَامَةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ.

Translation

✧ Ibn Umar prayed Maghrib and Isha at Muzdalifah with a single iqamah. Abdullah b. Malik said to him: 'O Abu Abd al-Rahman, what is this prayer?' He said: 'I prayed it with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in this place with a single iqamah.'
