حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ
نَهَى عَنْ تَلَقِّي السِّلَعِ حَتَّى يُهْبَطَ بِهَا الْأَسْوَاقُ، وَنَهَى عَنِ النَّجْشِ وَقَالَ: لَا يَبِعْ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ
Translation

✧ He forbade going out to meet merchandise until it is brought down to the markets, and he forbade najsh (artificially inflating prices). He said: “Let none of you sell over the sale of another.”
