حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ
خَرَجَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ لِحَاجَةٍ لَهُ فَقَالَ: ائْتِنِي بِشَيْءٍ أَسْتَنْجِي بِهِ، وَلَا تُقْرِبْنِي حَائِلًا وَلَا رَجِيعًا ثُمَّ أَتَيْتُهُ بِمَاءٍ فَتَوَضَّأَ، ثُمَّ قَامَ فَصَلَّى فَحَنَا، ثُمَّ طَبَّقَ يَدَيْهِ حِينَ رَكَعَ، وَجَعَلَهُمَا بَيْنَ فَخِذَيْهِ.

✧ The Prophet ﷺ went out for a need of his and said: 'Bring me something with which to cleanse myself, and do not bring me anything that is a barrier (i.e., bone or dung) or dried dung.' Then I brought him water, and he performed wudu'. Then he stood and prayed, and he bent (in ruku'). Then he placed his hands one over the other when he bowed, and put them between his thighs.
