✧ We asked our Prophet ﷺ about walking with a funeral procession. He said: “Walk at a pace less than a trot; if the deceased was good, you hasten him to it, and if he was otherwise, then away with the people of the Fire. The funeral procession is followed, and the one who goes ahead of it is not part of it.”
