✧ The drop of semen remains in the womb for forty days in its state, not changing. When the forty pass, it becomes a clot, then a lump of flesh like that, then bones like that. When Allah wants to perfect his creation, He sends an angel to it. The angel who is next to it says: O Lord, male or female? Wretched or blessed? Short or tall? Deficient or excessive in his sustenance and lifespan? Healthy or sick? He said: So he writes all of that. A man among the people said: Then what is the point of action, since all of this is already finished? He said: Act, for everyone will be directed to what he was created for.
