حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ عَنْ سَلْمٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ

لَا مُسَاعَاةَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ، مَنْ سَاعَى فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ فَقَدْ أَلْحَقْتُهُ بِعَصَبَتِهِ، وَمَنِ ادَّعَى وَلَدَهُ مِنْ غَيْرِ رِشْدَةٍ، فَلَا يَرِثُ وَلَا يُورَثُ

Translation

✧ There is no sāʿā (concubinage arrangement) in Islam. Whoever engaged in sāʿā during the Jahiliyyah, I have attached him to his male kin. And whoever claims a child not from a lawful union, he neither inherits nor is inherited from.
