حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّهُ كَرِهَ نَبِيذَ الْبُسْرِ وَحْدَهُ، وَقَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَبْدَ الْقَيْسِ عَنِ الْمُزَّاءِ، فَأَكْرَهُ أَنْ يَكُونَ الْبُسْرُ وَحْدَهُ

Translation

✧ He disliked nabidh made from unripe dates alone. He said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade Abd al-Qays from mizza (date wine), so I dislike unripe dates alone.
