✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ went out to the mosque, saying with his hand like this – and Abu Abd al-Rahman gestured with his hand toward the ground –: 'Whoever grants respite to a debtor in difficulty or waives it for him, Allah will protect him from the intense heat of Hellfire. Indeed, the deeds of Paradise are difficult on high ground' – three times – 'and the deeds of the Fire are easy on low ground. The fortunate one is he who is protected from trials. There is no swallow more beloved to me than a swallow of anger that a servant suppresses; no servant suppresses it for Allah except that Allah fills his interior with faith.'
