✧ I saw a man enter the mosque and stand and pray. Whenever he raised his head he said the takbir, and whenever he placed his head he said the takbir, and when he rose from the two rak'ahs he said the takbir. I found that objectionable, so I came to Ibn Abbas and informed him of that. He said: May you have no mother! Is that not the prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ?
