حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنِي أَيُّوبُ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ
سُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ، قِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، رَجُلٌ ذَبَحَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَرْمِيَ، أَوْ حَلَقَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَذْبَحَ ؟ فَقَالَ: لَا حَرَجَ، قَالَ: فَمَا سُئِلَ يَوْمَئِذٍ عَنْ شَيْءٍ إِلَّا قَبَضَ بِكَفَّيْهِ كَأَنَّهُ يَرْمِي بِهَا، وَيَقُولُ: لَا حَرَجَ، لَا حَرَجَ

✧ The Prophet ﷺ was asked on the Day of Sacrifice. It was said: "O Messenger of God, a man slaughtered before throwing the pebbles, or shaved before slaughtering?" He said: "No harm." He said: "He was not asked that day about anything except that he grasped with his two hands as if he was throwing with them, and said: 'No harm, no harm.'"
