✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out to us during one of the evening prayers – Zuhr or Asr – carrying Hasan or Husayn. The Prophet ﷺ came forward and put him down, then he said the takbir for the prayer and prayed. During his prayer, he made a prostration and prolonged it. My father said: I raised my head, and there was the child on the back of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ while he was prostrating. So I returned to my prostration. When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ finished the prayer, the people said: "O Messenger of Allah, you prostrated during the prayer a prostration that you prolonged until we thought that something had happened or that revelation was coming to you." He said: "None of that happened, but my son had climbed on me, and I disliked to hurry him until he finished his need."
