حَدَّثَنَا هَيْثَمٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ
إِنَّ اللهَ تَعَالَى يَقُولُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ لِآدَمَ [عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ] قُمْ فَجَهِّزْ مِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِكَ تِسْعَمِائَةٍ وَتِسْعَةً وَتِسْعِينَ إِلَى النَّارِ، وَوَاحِدًا إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ ! فَبَكَى أَصْحَابُهُ وَبَكَوْا، ثُمَّ قَالَ لَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: ارْفَعُوا رُؤُوسَكُمْ فَوَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ مَا أُمَّتِي فِي الْأُمَمِ إِلَّا كَالشَّعْرَةِ الْبَيْضَاءِ فِي جِلْدِ الثَّوْرِ الْأَسْوَدِ. فَخَفَّفَ ذَلِكَ عَنْهُمْ
Translation

✧ On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ, he said: "Indeed, Allah the Almighty will say on the Day of Judgment to Adam, 'Rise and prepare from your descendants 999 to the Hellfire and one to Paradise.' So, his companions wept and cried. Then, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to them, 'Raise your heads. By the One in whose hand is my soul, none of my Ummah (nation) will be cast into the nations except as a white hair on the hide of a black bull. This will be made easy for them.'"
