✧ I came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah, I am a pregnant woman and I am experiencing difficulty. Teach me something to say while I am sitting." He said, "Say 'Allahu Akbar' (Allah is the Greatest) one hundred times, for it is better for you than one hundred adorned and accepted body sacrifices. And say 'Alhamdulillah' (Praise be to Allah) one hundred times, for it is better for you than one hundred saddled and bridled horses that you carry in the cause of Allah. And say 'Subhanallah' (Glory be to Allah) one hundred times, for it is better for you than one hundred liberated slaves from the descendants of Ismail whom you set free. And say 'La ilaha illa Allah' (There is no god but Allah) one hundred times, it will be a protection for you from sins and actions will follow it."
