حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيُّ
الضِّيَافَةُ ثَلَاثٌ وَجَائِزَتُهُ يَوْمٌ وَلَيْلَةٌ، وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِأَحَدٍ أَنْ يُقِيمَ عِنْدَ أَخِيهِ حَتَّى يُؤْثِمَهُ. قَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، وَمَا يُؤْثِمُهُ ؟ قَالَ: يُقِيمُ عِنْدَهُ، وَلَا يَجِدُ شَيْئًا يَقُوتُهُ
Translation

✧ Hospitality is three days, and its reward is a day and a night. It is not lawful for anyone to stay with his brother until he causes him to sin. They said, 'O Messenger of God, how does he cause him to sin?' He said, 'He stays with him, and he does not find anything to sustain him with.'
