✧ We went out with the Messenger of God ﷺ on the campaign of Khaybar, and I was the sixth of six women. She said: It reached the Prophet ﷺ that women were with him. She said: He sent for us and summoned us. She said: We saw anger in his face, and he said: “What brought you out? And by whose command did you come out?” We said: “We came out with you to hand arrows, to give sawiq to drink, and we have medicine for the wounded, and we spin hair and use it to help in the cause of God.” He said: “Arise and depart.” She said: When God granted him victory over Khaybar, he allotted us shares like the shares of men. She said: I said to her: “O grandmother, what did he allot you?” She said: “Dates.”
