حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ مَوْلَى أَسْمَاءَ عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ قَالَ
أَخْرَجَتْ إِلَيَّ جُبَّةً طَيَالِسَةً عَلَيْهَا لِبْنَةٌ شِبْرٌ مِنْ دِيبَاجٍ كِسْرَوَانِيٍّ، وَفَرْجَيْهَا مَكْفُوفَيْنِ بِهِ. قَالَتْ: هَذِهِ جُبَّةُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَلْبَسُهَا. كَانَتْ عِنْدَ عَائِشَةَ فَلَمَّا قُبِضَتْ عَائِشَةُ قَبَضْتُهَا إِلَيَّ، فَنَحْنُ نَغْسِلُهَا لِلْمَرِيضِ مِنَّا يَسْتَشْفِي بِهَا
Translation

✧ She brought out to us a jubbah of tayalisa (a type of cloak) with a hem of a handspan of Kisrawi brocade, its edges trimmed with it. She said, “This is the jubbah of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ that he used to wear. It was with ʿAʾishah, and when ʿAʾishah died I took it into my possession. We wash it for the sick among us, seeking healing through it.”
