✧ She stopped near the house of al-Muzdalifah and said, “O my son, has the moon set? — the night of Muzdalifah, while she was praying —” I said, “No.” She prayed for a while, then said, “O my son, has the moon set?” He said, “And the moon had set.” I said, “Yes.” She said, “Then depart.” So we departed and went with her until we threw the pebbles at the Jamrah. Then she returned and prayed the dawn prayer at her camp. I said to her, “O dear one, we have left early in the darkness.” She said, “Not at all, O my son. The Prophet of Allah ﷺ permitted the women in the litters.”
