Musnad Ahmad 26915

Translation

✧ My mother came while she was a polytheist during the treaty of Quraysh, when they made a pact with the Messenger of God ﷺ. I sought a ruling from the Messenger of God ﷺ and said: "My mother has come, and she is desirous. Should I maintain ties with her?" The Messenger of God ﷺ said: "Yes. Maintain ties with your mother."
