حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي قَالَ سَمِعْتُ يَعْلَى بْنَ حَكِيمٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ صُهَيْرَةَ بِنْتِ جَيْفَرٍ قَالَتْ
دَخَلْنَا عَلَى صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ حُيَيٍّ فَسَأَلْتُ عَنْ نَبِيذِ الْجَرِّ، فَقَالَتْ: حَرَّمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ نَبِيذَ الْجَرِّ
Translation

✧ We entered upon Safiyyah bt. Huyayy and asked about nabidh made in earthenware jars. She said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade nabidh made in earthenware jars.
