Translation

✧ There will be rulers, [whom you will recognize and disapprove of]. Whoever recognizes [their evil] is innocent, and whoever disapproves is safe. But whoever is pleased and follows [them] [is not]. They said: O Messenger of God, should we not kill their wicked ones? He said: No, as long as they pray.
