✧ Ibn Abbas was on the pulpit of the people of Basra, and I heard him say: The Prophet of Allah ﷺ used to seek refuge at the end of his prayer from four things, saying: I seek refuge in Allah from the punishment of the grave, and I seek refuge in Allah from the punishment of the Fire, and I seek refuge in Allah from trials, both apparent and hidden, and I seek refuge in Allah from the trial of the one-eyed liar.
