✧ I performed Hajj with my masters, and I entered upon Umm Salamah, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ, and said, "Should I perform Umrah before Hajj?" She said, "If you wish, perform Umrah before Hajj, and if you wish, after Hajj." I said, "But they say that whoever is performing Hajj for the first time should not perform Umrah before Hajj." So I asked the Mothers of the Believers, and they said the same as she did. I returned to her and informed her of their words. She said, "Yes, and I will cure you of doubt. I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: 'O family of Muhammad, enter ihram for Umrah along with Hajj.'"
