حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ
قَدِمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ، وَأَصْحَابُهُ لِصُبْحِ رَابِعَةٍ مُهِلِّينَ بِالْحَجِّ، فَأَمَرَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يَجْعَلُوهَا عُمْرَةً إِلَّا مَنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ الْهَدْيُ قَالَ: فَلُبِسَتِ الْقُمُصُ، وَسَطَعَتِ الْمَجَامِرُ، وَنُكِحَتِ النِّسَاءُ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ and his Companions arrived on the morning of the fourth [of Dhul-Hijjah] pronouncing the talbiyah for Hajj. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered them to make it an Umrah, except whoever had a sacrificial animal with him. He said: So shirts were worn, perfumes were diffused, and women were married.
