حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ تُصِيبُهُ الْجَنَابَةُ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ وَهُوَ يُرِيدُ الصِّيَامَ، فَيَنَامُ وَيَسْتَيْقِظُ وَيُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا، فَيُفِيضُ عَلَيْهِ مِنَ الْمَاءِ، ثُمَّ يَتَوَضَّأُ
Translation

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ would be overcome by major ritual impurity at night while intending to fast, then he would sleep and wake up in a state of major ritual impurity, and he would pour water over himself, then perform wudu.
