حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ خُصَيْفٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ خَمْسٍ: لُبْسِ الْحَرِيرِ وَالذَّهَبِ، وَالشُّرْبِ فِي آنِيَةِ الذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ وَالْمِيثَرَةِ الْحَمْرَاءِ، وَلُبْسِ الْقَسِّيِّ، فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، شَيْءٌ دَقِيقٌ مِنَ الذَّهَبِ يُرْبَطُ بِهِ الْمَسَكُ أَوْ يُرْبَطُ بِهِ، قَالَ: لَا، اجْعَلِيهِ فِضَّةً، وَصَفِّرِيهِ بِشَيْءٍ مِنْ زَعْفَرَانٍ
Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade five things: wearing silk and gold, drinking from vessels of gold and silver, the red saddle cushion, and wearing qassi cloth. 'A'ishah said, 'O Messenger of Allah, a small piece of gold with which musk is tied, or with which it is tied?' He said, 'No; make it silver and dye it yellowish with a little saffron.'
