حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَامِرٌ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ
أَنَّهُ أَتَى عَائِشَةَ فَقَالَ: إِنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يُفْتِينَا: أَنَّهُ مَنْ أَصْبَحَ جُنُبًا فَلَا صِيَامَ لَهُ، فَمَا تَقُولِينَ فِي ذَلِكَ ؟ فَقَالَتْ: لَسْتُ أَقُولُ فِي ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا، قَدْ كَانَ الْمُنَادِي يُنَادِي بِالصَّلَاةِ فَأَرَى حَدَرَ الْمَاءِ بَيْنَ كَتِفَيْهِ، ثُمَّ يُصَلِّي الْفَجْرَ، ثُمَّ يَظَلُّ صَائِمًا.

✧ He came to Aishah and said: Abu Hurayrah gives us a fatwa that whoever wakes up in a state of major ritual impurity has no fast. What do you say about that? She said: I will not say anything about it. The caller used to call for prayer, and I would see the traces of water between his shoulders, then he would pray the dawn prayer, then remain fasting.
