حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
أَنَّ امْرَأَةً مِنْ نِسَاءِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ اسْتَحَمَّتْ مِنْ جَنَابَةٍ، فَجَاءَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَتَوَضَّأُ مِنْ فَضْلِهَا، فَقَالَتْ: إِنِّي اغْتَسَلْتُ مِنْهُ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ الْمَاءَ لَا يُنَجِّسُهُ شَيْءٌ

✧ One of the Prophet's wives performed ghusl from janabah. The Prophet ﷺ came to perform wudu from the leftover water, and she said, 'I used it to bathe.' He said, 'Water is not made impure by anything.'
