حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ

لَمَّا أَرَادَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يَنْفِرَ رَأَى صَفِيَّةَ عَلَى بَابِ خِبَائِهَا كَئِيبَةً أَوْ حَزِينَةً وَحَاضَتْ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: أَعَقْرَى أَوْ حَلْقَى، إِنَّكِ لَحَابِسَتُنَا، أَكُنْتِ أَفَضْتِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ ؟ فَقَالَتْ: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: فَانْفِرِي إِذًا.

✧ When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ intended to depart, he saw Safiyyah at the door of her tent, dejected or sad, and she had menstruated. The Prophet ﷺ said, “Aqra! Halqa! You will certainly hold us back. Did you perform the tawaf al-ifadah on the Day of Sacrifice?” She said, “Yes.” He said, “Then depart.”
