حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ عَنِ ابْنِ أَخِي ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عَمِّهِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ
خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ كُلُّهُنَّ فَاسِقٌ، يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحِلِّ وَالْحَرَمِ: الْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْغُرَابُ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ.

✧ Five creatures, all of them are harmful, may be killed in the sacred precinct and outside it: the vicious dog, the scorpion, the crow, the kite, and the mouse.
