✧ One night, the Messenger of God ﷺ related a narrative to his wives, and one of them said, “O Messenger of God, it is as if the narrative is the tale of Khurafah.” He said, “Do you know who Khurafah was? Khurafah was a man of ‘Udhrah whom the jinn captured in the pre-Islamic era. He remained among them for a long time, then they returned him to humankind, and he used to tell people the wonders he had seen among them. So people said, ‘the tale of Khurafah.’”
