حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ
أَنَّهَا جَعَلَتْ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ بُرْدَةً سَوْدَاءَ مِنْ صُوفٍ فَذَكَرَ سَوَادَهَا وَبَيَاضَهُ فَلَبِسَهَا فَلَمَّا عَرِقَ وَجَدَ رِيحَ الصُّوفِقَذَفَهَا وَكَانَ يُحِبُّ الرِّيحَ الطَّيِّبَةَ
Translation

✧ She made for the Prophet ﷺ a black woolen cloak. He mentioned its blackness and his whiteness, and he wore it. But when he sweated and noticed the smell of wool, he threw it off, for he loved pleasant scents.
