حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بَكْرٍ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالا حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ حَكِيمٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يَرَى بَأْسًا أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَ الرَّجُلُ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ وَيَقُولُ: إِنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ ﷺ تَزَوَّجَ مَيْمُونَةَ بِنْتَ الْحَارِثِ بِمَاءٍ، يُقَالُ لَهُ: سَرِفُ، وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ، فَلَمَّا قَضَى نَبِيُّ اللهِ حَجَّتَهُ أَقْبَلَ حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ بِذَلِكَ الْمَاءِ أَعْرَسَ بِهَا

✧ He saw no harm in a man marrying while in a state of iḥrām, and he said, 'The Prophet of Allah ﷺ married Maymūna bint al-Ḥārith at a place with water called Sarif while he was in iḥrām. When the Prophet of Allah completed his ḥajj, he came back until he reached that water and consummated the marriage with her.'
