حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ مُعَاذَةَ

أَنَّ امْرَأَةً سَأَلَتْ عَائِشَةَ: إِحْدَانَا تَحِيضُ، أَتَجْزِي صَلَاتَهَا ؟ فَقَالَتْ: أَحَرُورِيَّةٌ أَنْتِ ؟ قَدْ كُنَّا نَحِيضُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَلَا نَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ

Translation

✧ A woman asked 'A'ishah: 'One of us menstruates; should she make up her prayers?' She said: 'Are you a Haruriyyah? We used to menstruate during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and we did not do that.'
