حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ

عَمَّا يَقْتُلُ الْمُحْرِمُ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ، قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ: أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ: أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ كُلُّهُنَّ فَاسِقٌ, يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحَرَمِ: الْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْحُدَّى، وَالْغُرَابُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ

Translation

✧ About what the pilgrim in ihram may kill of animals. Al-Zuhri said: Urwah b. al-Zubayr informed me that Aishah, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ, said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Five animals are all transgressors and may be killed in the Haram: the biting dog, the scorpion, the kite, the crow, and the mouse."
