✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered a horned ram that treads in blackness, looks in blackness, and kneels in blackness. It was brought to him to sacrifice. Then he said: "O Aishah, bring the knife." Then he said: "Sharpen it on a stone." She did so. Then he took it and took the ram, laid it down, then slaughtered it, saying: "In the name of Allah. O Allah, accept from Muhammad and the family of Muhammad and from the community of Muhammad." Then he sacrificed it ﷺ.
