حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُوَيْسٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُنْكَدِرِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

مَا مِنِ امْرِئٍ تَكُونُ لَهُ صَلَاةٌ بِاللَّيْلِ، فَيَغْلِبُهُ عَلَيْهَا نَوْمٌ، إِلَّا كَتَبَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَهُ أَجْرَ صَلَاتِهِ، وَكَانَ نَوْمُهُ ذَلِكَ صَدَقَةً.

Translation

  5. ʿĀʾishah

✧ No person has a prayer at night, and sleep overcomes him regarding it, except that Allah, Mighty and Majestic, writes for him the reward of his prayer, and his sleep is a charity.
