حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ

كَانَ يُكَبِّرُ فِي الْعِيدَيْنِ سَبْعًا وَخَمْسًا قَبْلَ الْقِرَاءَةِ.

Translation

Chain of narrators
  1. Abū Saʿīd a freed slave of Banī Hāshim
  2. Ibn Lahīʿah
  3. ʿUqayl
  4. Ibn Shihāb
  5. ʿUrwah
  6. ʿĀʾishah
  7. Rasūl Allāh ﷺ

✧ He used to say the takbir in the two 'Id prayers seven times and five times before the recitation.
