حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى وَوَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي عَنْ عَائِشَةَ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أُتِيَ بِصَبِيٍّ لِيُحَنِّكَهُ فَأَجْلَسَهُ فِي حَجْرِهِ فَبَالَ عَلَيْهِ فَدَعَا بِمَاءٍ فَأَتْبَعَهُ إِيَّاهُ قَالَ وَكِيعٌ فَأُتْبِعَهُ إِيَّاهُ وَلَمْ يَغْسِلْهُ
Translation

✧ A boy was brought to the Prophet ﷺ for him to perform tahnik (chewing a date and placing it in the child's mouth). He sat the boy in his lap, and the boy urinated on him. He called for water and poured it over the urine. Waki' said: He poured it over the urine and did not wash it.
