✧ ʿĀʾishah complained and her illness lasted long. A man came to Madinah practicing medicine, and her brother's sons went to ask him about her ailment. He said: 'By Allah, you are describing the description of a woman who has been treated by magic.' He said: 'This is a woman bewitched; a slave girl of hers bewitched her.' She said: 'Yes, I wanted you to die so I would be freed.' He said: 'She was a mudabbar.' She said: 'Sell her to the Arabs in the harshest ownership, and put her price toward a similar one.'
