✧ Aflah b. Abi al-Qu'ays came to me seeking permission to enter after the veil had been prescribed. The one who suckled 'A'ishah from his milk was his brother. He came seeking permission to enter upon me, but I refused to grant him permission. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered upon me and said, "Grant him permission, for he is your paternal uncle." I said, "It was the woman who suckled me, not the man." He said, "May your right hand be covered with dust, he is your paternal uncle."
