حَدَّثَنا يَزِيدُ، أخْبَرَنا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حازِمٍ، حَدَّثَنا الزُّبَيْرُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الهاشِمِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ رُكانَةَ، عَنْ أبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ
أَنَّهُ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ الْبَتَّةَ، فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ، فَقَالَ: مَا أَرَدْتَ بِذَلِكَ ؟ قَالَ: وَاحِدَةً، قَالَ: آللهِ ؟ قَالَ: آللهِ، قَالَ: هُوَ مَا أَرَدْتَ
Translation

✧ That he divorced his wife irrevocably. He mentioned that to the Prophet ﷺ, who said: 'What did you intend by that?' He said: 'One (divorce).' He said: 'By Allah?' He said: 'By Allah.' He said: 'It is as you intended.'
