حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ

ذُكِرَ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ رَجُلٌ وَقَصَتْهُ رَاحِلَتُهُ، وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَقَالَ: كَفِّنُوهُ وَلَا تُغَطُّوا رَأْسَهُ، وَلَا تُمِسُّوهُ طِيبًا، فَإِنَّهُ يُبْعَثُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَهُوَ يُلَبِّي، أَوْ وَهُوَ يُهِلُّ

Translation

✧ A man was mentioned to the Messenger of God ﷺ whose mount had broken his neck while he was in ihram. He said: "Shroud him, but do not cover his head, and do not touch him with perfume, for he will be raised on the Day of Resurrection while he is proclaiming the talbiyah - or while he is uttering the ihram call."
