حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ صُهَيْبٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَجِبْتُ مِنْ قَضَاءِ اللهِ لِلْمُؤْمِنِ إِنَّ أَمْرَ الْمُؤْمِنِ كُلَّهُ خَيْرٌ وَلَيْسَ ذَلِكَ إِلَّا لِلْمُؤْمِنِ إِنْ أَصَابَتْهُ سَرَّاءُ فَشَكَرَ كَانَ خَيْرًا لَهُ وَإِنْ أَصَابَتْهُ ضَرَّاءُ فَصَبَرَ كَانَ خَيْرًا لَهُ

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: I am amazed at God's decree for the believer. The believer's affair is all good, and that is only for the believer. If ease comes to him and he gives thanks, it is good for him; and if hardship comes to him and he is patient, it is good for him.
