حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ هُوَ ابْنُ عِيسَى حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ حَرامِ بْنِ مُحَيِّصَةَ
أَنَّ نَاقَةً لِلْبَرَاءِ دَخَلَتْ حَائِطًا فَأَفْسَدَتْ فِيهِ، فَقَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّ عَلَى أَهْلِ الْحَوَائِطِ حِفْظَهَا بِالنَّهَارِ، وَأَنَّ مَا أَفْسَدَتِ الْمَوَاشِي بِاللَّيْلِ ضَامِنٌ عَلَى أَهْلِهَا
Translation

✧ A she-camel belonging to al-Bara' entered a garden and caused damage in it. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled that the owners of gardens are responsible for guarding them during the day, and that what livestock damages at night is the liability of their owners.
