قَالَ شُعْبَةُ وَحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بِشْرٍ فِي إِسْنَادٍ لَهُ عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَا هُدْنَةٌ عَلَى دَخَنٍ؟ قَالَ قُلُوبٌ لَا تَعُودُ عَلَى مَا كَانَتْ
Translation

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, he said: I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, what is a truce upon corruption?' He said: 'Hearts that do not return to what they were.'
