✧ Hudhayfah b. al-Yaman about the Prophet ﷺ

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا وَائِلٍ يُحَدِّثُ
أَنَّ أَبَا مُوسَى كَانَ يُشَدِّدُ فِي الْبَوْلِ قَالَ كَانَ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ إِذَا أَصَابَ أَحَدَهُمُ الْبَوْلُ يُتْبِعُهُ بِالْمِقْرَاضَيْنِ قَالَ حُذَيْفَةُ وَدِدْتُ أَنَّهُ لَا يُشَدِّدُ لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَتَى أَوْ قَالَ مَشَى إِلَى سُبَاطَةِ قَوْمٍ فَبَالَ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ
Translation

✧ Abu Musa used to be strict about urine. He said, 'When urine touched one of the Children of Israel, he would follow it with scissors.' Hudhayfah said, 'I wish he would not be strict. I saw the Messenger of God ﷺ come to, or he said walk to, a people's trash heap and urinate while standing.'
