حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنِ ابْنَةِ كُرْدُمَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهَا
أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: إِنِّي نَذَرْتُ أَنْ أَنْحَرَ ثَلَاثَةً مِنْ إِبِلِي، فَقَالَ: إِنْ كَانَ عَلَى جَمْعٍ مِنْ جَمْعِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ، أَوْ عَلَى عِيدٍ مِنْ عِيدِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ، أَوْ عَلَى وَثَنٍ فَلَا، وَإِنْ كَانَ عَلَى غَيْرِ ذَلِكَ فَاقْضِ نَذْرَكَ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّ عَلَى أُمِّ هَذِهِ الْجَارِيَةِ مَشْيًا، أَفَتَمْشِي عَنْهَا؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ
Translation

✧ He asked the Messenger of God ﷺ, saying: 'I vowed to slaughter three of my camels.' He said: 'If it was for a gathering of the gatherings of the pre-Islamic period, or for a festival of the festivals of the pre-Islamic period, or for an idol, then no. But if it was for something else, then fulfill your vow.' He said: 'O Messenger of God, the mother of this girl owes a walking (pilgrimage); may I walk on her behalf?' He said: 'Yes.'
