حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ وَسَمِعْتُهُ أَنَا مِنْهُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَخَذَ امْرَأَةً أَوْ سَبَاهَا، فَنَازَعَتْهُ قَائِمَ سَيْفِهِ فَقَتَلَهَا، فَمَرَّ عَلَيْهَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَأُخْبِرَ بِأَمْرِهَا، فَنَهَى عَنْ قَتْلِ النِّسَاءِ

✧ A man took a woman or captured her, and she struggled for the hilt of his sword, and he killed her. The Prophet ﷺ passed by her and was informed of her affair, and he forbade the killing of women.
