حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ
فِي الْإِنْسَانِ ثَلَاثُمِائَةٍ وَسِتُّونَ مَفْصِلًا، فَعَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ عَنْ كُلِّ مَفْصِلٍ فِي كُلِّ يَوْمٍ بِصَدَقَةٍ، قَالُوا: وَمَنْ يُطِيقُ ذَلِكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ: النُّخَاعَةُ تَرَاهَا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ، فَتَدْفِنُهَا، أَوِ الشَّيْءُ تُنَحِّيهِ عَنِ الطَّرِيقِ، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَقْدِرْ، فَرَكْعَتَيِ الضُّحَى تُجْزِئُكَ
Translation

✧ A human being has three hundred and sixty joints. He must give charity for each joint every day.' They said: 'Who can do that, O Messenger of Allah?' He said: 'A bit of phlegm you see in the mosque and bury, or something you remove from the road; if you cannot, then the two rak'ahs of the forenoon will suffice you.'
