حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ حَدَّثَنَا الْعَطَّافُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَازِمٍ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ غَدْوَةٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ خَيْرٌ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا فِيهَا وَرَوْحَةٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ خَيْرٌ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا فِيهَا وَمَوْضِعُ سَوْطٍ فِي الْجَنَّةِ خَيْرٌ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا فِيهَا

✧ I heard the Messenger of God ﷺ saying: "A morning expedition in the way of God is better than the world and what it contains; an evening expedition in the way of God is better than the world and what it contains; and the space of a whip in Paradise is better than the world and what it contains."
